This week, we had a go at tie dyeing! Each student produced a colourful t-shirt using fabric dyes. We first watched a video demonstrating some ways by which different patterns can be achieved. We then used elastic bands to tie the t-shirts in the desired way before adding dye. The t-shirts have to sit for 6-8 hours before being rinsed, and we will then undo them next week to see what our creations look like!
