Amber, Turquoise, Magenta & Violet Class

Our reception and year 1, 2, 3 and 4 artists started a collaborative project this week. Each class discussed the textiles work of British artist Michael Brennand-Wood, then worked as a team to generate some pattern ideas for use in our work. We each decorated a strip of MDF which will be used in a group sculpture, to be put together next week.

Emerald Class

Our year 5 and 6 artists completed their weaving project this week! We attached them to rustic twigs to create wall hangings. They look really effective!
